A 210 km
network of trails stretches across the Upper Engadine and the valleys that
branch off from it. There will always be just the right trail for you, no
matter whether you are practicing on the Engadine-marathon route, testing
your limits on the racing trails, or adding a night-time session on the
illuminated tracks. A detailed map of the Upper Engadine trails is available
from tourist offices and cross-country skiing centres.
Click
this map to get an idea of the trails network.
With the opening of a further section of the snow-making installation on the Cuntschett trail, the cross-country skiers can enjoy a 3.3 km long, slightly wavy circuit which, as long as the temperatures allow it, will be in service each year from the end of November untill March.
The 1.3km Tolais night-time cours is located at the cross-country skiing
centre and is illuminated daily from 6.30 and 8.00 p.m.
As our guest, you have the opportunity of acquiring the Engadine cross-country
skiing badge (a snow crystal). In doing so, you will
be making an important contribution to maintaining the network of trails.
Points of sale: cash desks along the trails, tourist informations, cross-country
ski schools.
